Another of our classics. On a melody by Carlos Montes, I harmonized the Easter sequence "Ofrezcan los cristianos....".One of the choir's favorite works. It is a long piece, where a main melody and a secondary melody are combined with slight variations. The work is full of joy and hope, and wants to express the light of the Resurrection morning.

A very short acclamation of praise in Latin. It can be used at different times. We also use it in Ordinary Time at the end of Mass, when we receive communion alone in the church.

This piece was conceived to be premiered in the entrance procession of Easter Sunday 2020, which was impossible due to the confinement. The recording was made by some members of the choir from our home. It is an introduction plus a canon that is repeated, and yes, it is the famous 4 chords of POP music that appear in so many songs .... but it works :)
